Scheduling & Rescheduling Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, and sensitive items prior to your appointment. Excessive clutter may require additional time and may result in additional charges. Vehicle Condition Pricing is based on average vehicle condition. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mold, smoke contamination, biohazards, excessive sand, excessive trash, or other severe conditions may incur additional charges. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins. Arrival Window Due to traffic, weather, and previous appointments, arrival times may vary. Customers will be notified of any significant delays. Weather Policy Mobile detailing services are weather dependent. In the event of severe weather, your appointment may be rescheduled for the earliest available date. Payment Policy Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash and major electronic payment methods. Unpaid balances may result in future booking restrictions. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to provide a five-star experience on every detail. Right to Refuse Service Shandra Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, abusive, or misrepresented at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.
